Director – Industrialization and Operations

Job Description:

We are seeking a Director of Industrialization and Operations to join our dynamic and growing team. In this key role, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing a new semi-automated assembly line. You will lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure the successful industrial deployment and production launch of new products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the design and installation of the semi-automated assembly line, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with suppliers and external partners to select appropriate technologies and equipment.
• Develop a detailed plan for the deployment of the assembly line, identifying key steps, required resources, and associated timelines.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring effective communication between teams.
• Lead industrial sector hiring.
• Ensure the acceleration and performance of the assembly line and identify optimization opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

• University degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a relevant and related field.
• Over 10 years of required experience in managing industrialization projects, preferably as a senior manager or plant director in an automated manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Results-oriented, with a strong focus on tracking and achieving set goals.
• In-depth knowledge of industrial engineering principles and automated manufacturing technologies.
